Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to join any Spirit of Story offering. Because each experience is structured differently, our refund policies vary by program.

Please review the guidelines below before purchasing.

Digital Products (Summit & All-Access Pass)

All digital products are final sale.

This includes the Writing the Deeper Story All-Access Pass and any other digital offerings. Because access to the material is provided immediately, we’re not able to offer refunds.

Daylong Virtual Workshop (Entering the Story)

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the workshop.

Within 7 days of the event, refunds are no longer available. If you’re unable to attend, you will receive access to the replay.

Weekly Virtual Workshop (Unlocking Your Story)

Unlocking Your Story is a live virtual workshop with limited enrollment.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund.

Within 14 days of the start date, refunds are not available unless your spot can be filled.

Retreats & In-Person Experiences

Refund policies for retreats and in-person workshops vary by event and will be outlined on the individual registration page.

1:1 Sessions & Private Coaching

All 1:1 sessions and private coaching are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Editorial Feedback & Manuscript Review

All editorial services, including manuscript review and written feedback, are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you need to cancel your request, please do so before submitting your materials. Once materials have been received and work is underway, refunds are not available.
